We are seeking a passionate Learning and Development Coordinator with a focus on Early Years education. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the future of apprentices by designing and delivering impactful learning solutions that help them evolve into confident leaders.
Person
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Extensive experience in delivering Early Years Apprenticeship programs
- A minimum of 3 years’ management experience in Early Years settings
- A natural ability to coach and inspire others
