Join Bosch’s Purchasing Team for Marketing Materials and gain valuable hands-on experience in procurement, supplier management, and cost optimization. This apprenticeship offers you the opportunity to work closely with professionals, develop key purchasing skills and contribute to Bosch’s global marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- As part of the Source-to-Contract (S2C) area within our Global Services Department, you assist in sourcing Marketing materials (Such as Give-aways, Point-of-Sale Hardware and Commercial Print) from suppliers and evaluate quality, cost-effectiveness and perform risk assessments.
- Support negotiations with vendors to ensure optimal pricing and contract terms.
- Monitor market trends to identify innovative purchasing solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing and procurement teams across the globe to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Support developing supply chain strategies as well as cost-saving opportunities.
Your profile
Experience & Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in business administration, procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Interest in procurement and Marketing materials purchasing.
- Basic knowledge of purchasing processes and supply chain principles is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge is beneficial.
- Effective communication skills and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
This is a 22 month contract starting from 1st September 2025.
It is a requirement of this position that you enrol in ‘Level 4 Procurement & Supply Chain Practitioner/Skills Apprenticeship’ The role will be 80% working/20% study.

Eligibility criteria apply to apprenticeship roles are as follows:
To apply for the programme, you must:
- Be a UK resident and live in England 50% of the year.
- Have lived in the EU or the UK for the previous 3 years continuously.
To apply for the programme, participants cannot:
- Be enrolled in full-time education
- Be currently participating in another apprenticeship programme
- Be on a Tier 1, Tier 4 or Tier 5 Visa
- Be currently pursuing another qualification that is government-funded
Participants under 19 will need to provide evidence of level 2 qualification in Maths & English at GCSE grade C or equivalent* or work towards obtaining these throughout the programme. If candidates don't have these qualification certificates, they will be supported to a.) locating their certificates through a 3rd party company, and/or b.) achieving Level 2 through additional coaching.
