About the Role:
We are seeking an innovative and talented Senior Manager, Digital Marketing Technology to join our dynamic team. This essential role involves leveraging your extensive knowledge of ad tech and martech, encompassing dynamic creative optimization, measurement platforms, tag management systems, and conversion APIs.
In this role, you will spearhead the development and implementation of strategies that integrate and optimize a diverse suite of digital marketing technologies. Acting as a key liaison between global and regional teams, you will guarantee smooth execution and governance across our technology stack. Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership & Digital Marketing Technology Strategy: Design and execute comprehensive ad tech and martech strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Campaign Enablement & Optimization: Oversee the launch and optimization of digital campaigns through innovative technologies, driving efficiency through data-driven experimentation and performance analyses.
- Tagging, Pixel & Technology Implementation: Lead tagging strategies while ensuring data integrity across all digital platforms, partnering with developers for successful implementation and compliance with global standards.
- Ad Platform Governance: Maintain the structural integrity of global ad accounts across leading platforms and advocate for best practices in taxonomy and platform governance.
- Analytics & Insights: Utilize advanced analytics tools to generate actionable insights and create stakeholder dashboards, enhancing visibility and consistency across reporting mechanisms.
- Data Governance & Compliance: Uphold data privacy, accuracy, and compliance, implementing robust policies and optimizing conversion APIs to bolster decision-making.
- Cross-Team Collaboration & Communication: Act as a strategic partner for regional teams and centers of excellence, fostering knowledge-sharing and keeping teams informed of new technologies.
- Innovation & Industry Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends, advocating for the adoption of new technologies that enhance marketing agility and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in digital marketing with a focus on ad tech/martech strategy.
- Deep understanding of ad serving platforms such as CM360, Flashtalking, Adform, or Innovid.
- Proven success in implementing tag management solutions like Google Tag Manager or Adobe Launch.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools such as GA4 or Adobe Analytics.
- Hands-on experience with DCO, MMPs (AppsFlyer, Kochava), SPO, Conversion APIs, and data clean rooms.
- Familiarity with CDPs, CMPs, DSPs, and activation platforms including Meta and Google Ads.
- Solid knowledge of data governance, privacy frameworks, and compliance standards.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into impactful recommendations.
- Strong project management skills with experience working across complex, global teams.
- Excellent communication abilities, capable of presenting confidently to senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with dynamic priorities.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are advantageous.
