Come & join a creative team of sports coaches dedicated to getting children fit, healthy and active. We are looking for a Sports Coach to work within Primary Schools & Nurseries throughout Havering and Barking & Dagenham.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering a wide range of sports sessions to schools & nurseries
- Plan & review sessions daily
- Being responsible for the development of all year groups physical education
- Build relationships with school & nursery staff
- Be passionate about sports & exercise
- Ability to lead a group of individuals to obtain a goal & objective
- Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals taking part in sessions and events
- Collaborate with other coaches, trainers, and staff members to create a positive and inclusive sports environment
Skills:
- Strong knowledge and experience in sports coaching techniques and strategies
- Ability to effectively communicate and educate individuals on sports skills, rules, and tactics
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with athletes, parents, and staff members
- Ability to motivate and inspire athletes to reach their full potential
- Comfortable & confident to work in variety of different settings with varying age groups
Suggested Requirements:
- Full UK Driving License
- Relative Sports Coaching Qualifications
- Sports Coaching Experience
- 1st Aid Qualification
