Regional Trainer & Coach (APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAMME)
Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly skilled Regional Coach/Apprentice Assessor to support the development of apprentices across Customer Service, Parts, and Warehouse Operations. You'll deliver formal training at manufacturer academies, coach apprentices through their final assessments, and manage a caseload of approximately 30 apprentices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver formal training to apprentices at manufacturer academies (4 weeks per year)
- Coach and develop apprentices through their programme and End Point Assessments
- Manage a caseload of approximately 30 apprentices
- Use excellent communication and coaching skills to support apprentice development
- Monitor progression towards achievement targets using Management Information Systems
Requirements:
- Automotive aftersales experience at Level 3 or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in learner safeguarding and wellbeing
- Ability to work independently and manage own workload
- Maths and English qualification Level 2 (equivalent)
- Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience as a Regional Coach or Apprentice Assessor
- Automotive technical experience
- Working knowledge of Apprenticeship programmes and inspection frameworks
- Assessment, training, or teaching qualification
