Salary: From £32,000 + uncapped commission

We’re seeking an experienced, target-driven Business Development Manager to help drive apprenticeship growth across either the North or South of England. If you're passionate about creating impactful employer partnerships and thrive in a consultative sales environment, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do- Drive new business and exceed apprenticeship start targets across your region.
- Identify and develop opportunities within Health & Social Care and Education sectors.
- Build and manage a pipeline of SME clients and large employers, providing tailored apprenticeship solutions.
- Advise clients on Apprenticeship Levy and funding models, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.
About You- Proven experience in apprenticeship sales, ideally within Health & Social Care and Education.
- Strong commercial acumen and consistent track record of exceeding targets.
- Confident communicator with experience engaging decision-makers at all levels.
- Self-motivated and organised with excellent time management.
- Willingness to travel nationally, with business-insured vehicle.
