Join the Digital Investigations and Intelligence Team as an SME Trainer.
Are you passionate about training? Do you thrive on empowering others with the skills and confidence to embrace new things? We’re looking for an SME Trainer to join the DII Team, helping officers and staff make the most of their investigations.
In this dynamic role, you’ll work closely with The Digital Investigation and Intelligence Team and their existing trainer, delivering hands-on and remote training, coaching, and support to ensure understanding of digital and how it fits into investigations. If you have a background in training, a keen interest in technology, and a desire to make a real impact in policing, we’d love to hear from you!
This role is part time with a view to becoming a full time role in the future. If that suits your circumstances please enquire. The successful candidate will have flexibility to choose their working days. They will be expected to work in Kidlington twice a week, where possible.
You will hold a QCF Level 4 Certificate in L&D and QCF Level 4 IQA Award in Assessing vocationally related achievement (or equivalent) or equivalent experience (training given if not already achieved).
The interview process will consist of a presentation. Details of topics will be provided during the selection process.
Along with all other posts in Force Crime, Intelligence and Specialist Operations Departments, this role will require an enhanced level of vetting.
