Oxyplumb Ltd, a respected and growing plumbing and heating company based in Witney, Oxfordshire, is looking for a motivated and reliable Plumbing & Heating Apprentice to join our team.
Whether you're just starting out or already have some hands-on experience, this is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers, gain industry-recognised qualifications, and build a long-term career in the trade.
This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, hardworking, and committed to progressing within the industry. You’ll need a full UK driving licence due to the nature of the role.
Wage Structure:
Pay is based on the UK Government Apprenticeship Wage Guidelines, with increases linked to your progress and experience:
- First Year or Under 19: £7.55/hour (National Apprentice Minimum Wage)
- Aged 19+ and in Second Year Onwards: Paid at least the National Minimum or Living Wage for your age bracket
- Typical progression: Up to £18,000–£19,000 per year as experience builds

Responsibilities:
- Assist with plumbing and heating installations
- Support bathroom refurbishments and general plumbing tasks
- Learn to diagnose and repair faults
- Gain on-the-job experience across a range of projects in Oxfordshire
Requirements:
- Strong interest in plumbing and heating
- Willingness to learn and a positive, can-do attitude
- Some plumbing experience is a bonus but not essential
- GCSEs in Maths and English preferred
- Full UK driving licence required
