Customer Service Apprentice and Fitness Trainer
A fantastic opportunity to join a successful business as a Customer Service Apprentice and Fitness Trainer. We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable individual to join a dynamic team as a Customer Service Apprentice. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for fitness and a commitment to helping clients achieve their health and wellness goals. As a Customer Service Apprentice, you will be responsible for looking after clients, providing excellent customer service, designing personalised training programmes, educating clients on proper exercise techniques, and providing ongoing motivation and support.
Duties
- New client engagement
- Demonstrating our unique workout
- Delivering bespoke workout sessions to clients
- You will be happy to talk to enquirers about the services available
- Book trial sessions and deliver workout sessions for our clients
- Maintain standards, which will include cleaning
Desired Requirements
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, exercise physiology, and nutrition principles is desired but not essential.
- Previous experience in sports coaching or personal training is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively.
- A genuine passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
- Ability to motivate clients through positive reinforcement and encouragement.
- Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate client availability.
- Prior Fitness qualification is advantageous but not essential
Good to know
- 30hrs per week
- Various Shifts Monday to Friday 9am to 8pm Saturday 9am to 2pm
- National Apprenticeship wage
- Course duration - minimum 16 months
