Are you passionate about developing the next generation of hair and beauty professionals?
We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Workplace Coach to support our Hairdressing and Beauty Therapy apprentices. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in learners’ lives by guiding them through their apprenticeship journey and helping them achieve their full potential.
As a Workplace Coach, you’ll be the vital link between the College, apprentices, and employers. You’ll provide one-to-one coaching, conduct workplace reviews, and ensure apprentices are progressing successfully. You’ll also support enrolments and maintain accurate records, all while promoting high standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and equality.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for apprentices and employers.
- Conduct regular workplace reviews and set meaningful targets.
- Support the enrolment process and ensure accurate documentation.
- Monitor attendance, engagement, and progression.
- Provide coaching for personal and professional development.
- Ensure alignment with apprenticeship standards and ILPs.
- Collaborate with curriculum staff to support learning.
- Maintain accurate records in line with funding requirements.
- Promote safeguarding, health and safety, and equality.
