The Role:
- Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons covering all aspects of global wine business - including marketing, branding, export, logistics, and legislation.
- Design, plan, and assess lessons that align with industry standards and academic goals.
- Provide tutorial support and track learner progress from enrolment through to completion.
- Contribute to curriculum design and enhancement, ensuring alignment with market trends and employer needs.
- Represent Plumpton College at events, playing a key role in marketing and recruitment.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Teaching qualification or willingness to gain one, and Level 2 English and Maths qualifications.
- Substantial knowledge of the wine trade, including business operations, international export, sales, and legal frameworks.
- Strong teaching or training ability with a focus on learner engagement and progression.
- Excellent communication, administrative, and IT skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and collaborative working.
