Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Lecturer to support the delivery of undergraduate and postgraduate Business Management programmes. This role focuses on teaching, assessment, academic support, and contributing to curriculum development, with a strong emphasis on enhancing the student experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lectures and seminars.
- Lead and support modules, ensuring academic quality and compliance with quality assurance standards.
- Design inclusive learning resources, including digital materials.
- Assess student work, provide constructive feedback, and participate in moderation.
- Act as a personal tutor and support students’ academic progress.
- Engage in academic administration, team meetings, and student support initiatives.
- Contribute to research, knowledge exchange, or scholarly activity where appropriate.
- Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion across teaching and student engagement.
Requirements:
Essential:
- Master’s degree in Business Management or a related field
- Minimum 12 months of UK higher education teaching experience
- PGCert in HE or Fellowship status (FHEA)
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and digital teaching tools
Benefits:
- £30,000 – £35,000 per year (Depending on Experience and Qualifications)
- Up to £5,000 annual performance incentive (pro-rata, paid quarterly post-probation on top of the salary)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (onsite)
