Role Overview:
We are looking for a Live Stream Operation Recruiter & Trainer to manage and support our live streaming hosts. This role ensures smooth operations, optimises host performance, and supports our growing e-commerce business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and filter applications to identify suitable live stream hosts and moderators
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates
- Provide training and guidance to hosts to enhance their performance
- Manage and schedule live streaming shifts
- Track and analyse performance metrics for part-time team member
- Incentive management
Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor's degree or above
- A major in HRM or Administration related is preferred
Knowledge, Experience & Skills
- Professional English level in daily work
- Fluent in Mandarin is a plus
- Experience in live streaming, or in the retail, restaurant, or hospitality industries, is a plus.
- Experienced in shift planning, team scheduling, and coordinating availability across departments.
- Proficient in using Excel, PPT, Word and other Office software
- Strong interest in e-commerce, social media, and live streaming
- Logical thinking, well organized, highly efficient and pays attention to details
- Excellent ability to analyse and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
