Internal Trainer

OTE up to £35,000 including on call duties
Hours Monday to Friday 0900-1700 face to face delivery needed at varying locations.
We deliver training Countrywide to a variety of carers, Nurses, Tas and teachers.

About the Role
As an Internal Trainer, you’ll play a key role in designing and delivering dynamic learning experiences across our organisation. Your responsibilities will include:
Designing and delivering blended training programs aligned with best practices and company policies.
Assessment of previous learning years
Creating certificates
Facilitating engaging sessions on topics such as
Manual Handling
First Aid
Learning Disability & Autism Awareness
Leading the training journey for employees—from induction through ongoing career development.
Working closely with senior managers to ensure timely access to training resources.
Supporting the integration and use of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital tools.
Embedding the Care Certificate Standards and contributing to workforce planning, including the use of apprenticeships.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in delivering training
PTLLS or equivalent teaching qualification.
Train the Trainer qualification in Moving & Handling (or willingness to obtain).
Up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and standards (e.g., Care Certificate, RRN).
Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
Strong time management and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and LMS platforms.
Full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle.
