This hybrid role offers:
- A competitive starting salary of £38,000 - £40,000

The Role
As the Manager of Apprenticeship Enrolment, you will report to the Head of Apprenticeships Operations. Your leadership will drive results and continuous improvement within the apprenticeship enrolment team, as you work to meet ambitious sales and conversion targets while ensuring adherence to funding rules and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Apprenticeship Enrolment Team to achieve conversion and performance targets
- Assist Coordinators in the seamless enrolment of learners onto apprenticeship programs
- Ensure learner eligibility and collect/verify necessary documentation
- Maintain strict compliance with ESFA funding rules and internal quality standards
- Conduct audits of enrolment processes to ensure consistency and compliance
- Manage and enhance application pipelines to boost learner retention
- Identify and resolve issues impacting application completion and onboarding
- Coordinate support for learners on their First Day of Learning
- Collaborate effectively with internal curriculum and eLearning teams
- Oversee the allocation of learners and ensure smooth information handovers to delivery teams
- Line manage Senior Coordinators and foster their professional development
- Monitor team KPIs and generate reports on metrics covering retention, quality, destinations, and satisfaction

- Proven track record in managing learner enrolment programs

- Tech-savvy with high proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams
