Job Description:

We are looking for skilled and passionate IT Trainers to deliver high-quality training sessions. Trainers will be responsible for conducting interactive and engaging classes, developing training materials, and ensuring learners gain hands-on experience in their respective fields.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver structured training sessions in specialized IT domains.
Develop and update course materials, hands-on exercises, and assessments.
Provide mentorship and support to students throughout their learning journey.
Conduct live demonstrations, case studies, and practical projects to enhance learning.
Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into training content.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and levels.

Requirements:

Proven experience in IT training or professional experience in an IT-related role.
Expertise in one or more of the following areas:
Web & Mobile App Development
Cybersecurity & Ethical Hacking
Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Data Science & AI/ML
Software Development (Python, Java, .NET, etc.)
Digital Marketing & SEO
Networking & System Administration
UI/UX Design
Other IT-related disciplines
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to simplify complex concepts for different learning levels.
Certification in relevant technologies (Preferred but not mandatory).
Experience with online learning platforms and LMS (Preferred).
