This is a hybrid working role, so you’ll need to be able to work from our Head Office once a week

Salary: Up to £35,579, depending on experience
About the role
We’re excited to be looking for a Provider Development Officer to join our Provider Quality Assurance and Development team.
You’ll support NCFE providers to deliver and assess our qualifications. With a focus on teaching and learning best practice, we undertake a range of developmental activities related to advancing learning and effectively preparing learners for assessments.
This role will provide the opportunity to use knowledge of teaching, learning and assessment best practice with a range of educational professionals across the country. You’ll work within targeted qualifications and use your passion for best practice to support and inspire teachers and assessors, making a positive difference to learners.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Working with internal and external stakeholders to develop resources and activities to shape smarter learning
- Leading on the development, delivery and evaluation of a continuous professional development programme for a caseload of providers and sector area
- Acting as an advocate for NCFE customers and collate and disseminate customer insight
- Sharing best practice and research on effective classroom and learning pedagogy
We’d love to hear from you if you offer the following:
- A passion for teaching, learning and assessment best practice
- Recent teaching and assessment experience and evidence of personal CPD
- An understanding of assessment principles and developments in education and assessment
- A collaborative approach, and the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills
