Learning and Development Senior Coordinator

Contract: Permanent
Working hours: 35 hours per week is full time. Where possible, we are open to considering part time/flexible working patterns. Please let us know in your application your desired working pattern.
Salary: Circa £30,000
Reporting to: Learning and Development Operational Manager

Our permanent hybrid policy sees us all working at least four days across a fortnight in the office.
As the Senior Learning and Development Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Academy in the execution of a transformative initiative aimed at reshaping our organisation's onboarding process. Reporting directly to the L&D Operational Manager, you will provide essential coordination and administrative support to ensure the smooth implementation of learning and development activities. Your attention to detail, organisational skills, and proactive approach will be instrumental in facilitating the successful delivery of the project.
Key Responsibilities
To be considered for this role, you’ll need to show us that you’ve got the skills and capabilities. You’ll have to meet the following minimum criteria:
Minimum Criteria
- Proven experience working within a customer service focused industry essential, preferably within an HR Team
- Highly organised and a strong communicator with good IT skills - MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams etc.
- Knowledge of analysis and reporting processes - good knowledge of Learning and Development processes and procedures
- Is analytical and accurate with a good attention to detail - Adaptable and innovative approach to problem solving
Desirable Criteria
We would also like you to have the following skills:
- Experience of LMS or Workday administration also desirable
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
