We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our Early years apprenticeship delivery team as Early Years Apprenticeship Tutor & Assessor.
The Role
As an Early Years Apprenticeship Tutor & Assessor, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of apprentices to deliver a quality learning experience to our L2 Early Years Practitioner and L3 Early Years Educators learners. This is mainly office-based with home working option where you will have learners across London so you must be willing to travel when required to support learners.
The role will involve:
- Leading a caseload of learners, supporting them to achieve their apprenticeship or qualification covering all areas of knowledge, skills, and behaviour as well as any additional requirements
- Regularly assessing learner’s work and providing constructive feedback including SPAG and update the E- Portfolio system
- Providing support to those learners who require Functional Skills Maths and/or English at Level 1 or 2
- Providing career information, advice, and guidance throughout the learners’ journey, allowing learners to understand progression routes available to them

Requirements
- Extensive experience of working in an Early Years setting and qualified up to L3 in Early Years
- Teaching and assessing experience including e-portfolio platform (required)
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years or above (required)
- Assessor Qualification, e.g. D32/D33, A1 or CAVA
- Teaching qualification, e.g. PTLLS, PGCE, AET
- You will have the knowledge & experience in the delivery of apprenticeship standards including functional skills
- You must hold own Maths and English GCSE Grade C/4 or above or Functional Skills Level 2 equivalent

Salary: 26,000.00 – 28,000.00 per year (Agreed depending on experience)
