It is an exciting time to join South Staffordshire College's Apprenticeship Team, we are looking for 2 business development advisors with excellent and effective communication skills in order to successfully build long term relationships with external stakeholders. You will have a competitive nature be target driven and highly organised. You will carry out organisational training needs analysis and identify development opportunities. You will support health and safety compliance checks with employers, where we have learners/apprenticeship starts. · Ensuring all documentation is accurately completed and contract compliant, working directly with the performance and delivery teams to design training programmes that meet the employer needs You will possess high levels of teamwork and motivation. Working within the performance team to the highest level that is aspirational to colleagues and stakeholders. Job Purpose: The College is seeking to appoint 2 Business Development Advisors to generate employer-led education and training opportunities, including work experience, T Level industry placements, skills bootcamps and apprenticeships. The Business Development Advisor (BDA) will be fully involved in building lasting, positive relationships with employers to further enhance their businesses locally and regionally, maximizing training opportunities and ensuring South Staffordshire College is their provider of choice. They will work towards the growth of the College's apprenticeship and full cost provision by providing the best customer service as the first point of contact and will support the colleges ambition to bring education and employment together for longer term prosperity of the communities we serve. The BDA will make a major contribution to the delivery and achievement of income targets by utilising the College's CRM system Pro-Engage acting as a key account manager for a number of employers ensuring that they make contact with all their key account managers on a regular basis.
