Can I just do this myself?

Of course you can! Our solutions save you time, money and headaches. Teams work with us when they don't have access to an in-house recruiter or when their recruiter is too busy. We also have access to deep networks.

Our process finds the very best people and secures them for your organisation. Tough to fill role? We can help. Succession planning? We can help you plan and appoint someone.

How long will it take to find and hire someone?

Through advertising, 4-6 weeks. With our search option, 2-3 weeks on average. This varies but we can give you a sense of how difficult your search will be on a strategy call.

Do organisations with in-house recruiters use Bolt?

Definitely! They use both our advertising services and also our consultancy when necessary. This could be because of a peak in demand or a sensitive search mandate.

What if advertising doesn't work?

Sometimes advertising doesn’t work. The role may not be attractive enough or there could be a lack of suitable talent on the market. You could revisit the job specification or upgrade to our Search package. We discount any advertising fees from the balance of any Search fees when upgraded.
