About

I am an accomplished education and training professional with over 15 years’ experience across apprenticeships, workplace coaching, management development, and curriculum leadership. My career spans frontline delivery, quality assurance, programme management, and strategic leadership, with a consistent focus on driving learner success, employer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance. I have supported learners from entry level through to Level 5 Management, combining robust pedagogical practice with a coaching-led approach that builds confidence, capability, and long-term performance.
I bring strong expertise in apprenticeship programme design and delivery, stakeholder and employer engagement, and internal quality assurance. In senior and management roles, I have led and mentored teams of coaches, shaped curriculum strategy, implemented digital learning and e-portfolio systems, and contributed directly to SARs, Development Plans, and Ofsted inspections, including supporting the achievement of a ‘Good’ inspection outcome. I am highly experienced in working with Awarding Organisations and EPAOs, ensuring standards, assessment practice, and compliance requirements are consistently met and exceeded.
Underpinning my education career is extensive hospitality industry experience, including senior operational roles. This background allows me to translate theory into practical, real-world application, particularly when coaching managers in high-pressure environments. I am known for building strong, trusted relationships with learners, employers, and partners, using insight, challenge, and encouragement to foster self-sufficiency, resilience, and high performance. My academic background in Fine Art, Photography, and Video Production further supports a creative, engaging approach to learning design and content development.
