About
In my current role as an Operations Business Partner, I act as a strategic partner to both internal teams and external clients, ensuring operational delivery consistently aligns with Babington’s Customer Promise and wider organisational goals such as retention and completion outcomes. A core part of my role involves monitoring learner progress and performance metrics, ensuring teams meet contractual and quality/standardisation standards and proactively identifying risks to drive effective action plans and accessible support criteria. I support growth and new development opportunities within key accounts to unlock new business and secure a pipeline for continuous
apprentice cohorts. I take pride in delivering an outstanding customer experience and fostering strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management through my communication skills. Building trusted relationships, maintaining a customer focused approach and championing continuous improvement are key strengths I excel in my role.
Account Management has been a growing passion of mine, and to have the opportunity to pair this with my love for standardisation, engagement and best practice would be a fantastic opportunity.
