About
Experienced Learning & Development and Early Talent professional with a strong track record in the operational delivery of apprenticeship and training programmes across corporate and education environments. Skilled in managing end-to-end programme coordination, stakeholder engagement, data analysis, and the delivery of both virtual and in-person learning interventions.
Throughout my career, including roles at Coventry Building Society and CW Training, I have successfully managed high caseloads of learners, delivered workshops on personal brand, resilience, and insights, and developed robust systems for tracking learner progress, compliance, and programme outcomes. I am experienced in rota creation, scheduling, and supporting learners to balance work and study while maintaining high engagement and achievement rates.
In my current role at Capita, I have made an immediate impact within the first two weeks by contributing to strategic planning for Data, AI, and Leadership apprenticeship programmes, supporting the update of FAQs following a business divestment to ensure clear communication and continuity for apprentices, and developing a forecasting and budget tracking spreadsheet to improve levy management and financial oversight. I have also created a new data pipeline to enhance performance tracking and reporting capability, enabling more effective insight-led decision making.
I bring strong analytical capability, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders to improve programme delivery, learner experience, and operational efficiency.
