About

I am CIPD qualified and have worked in HR for over 15 years, both within organisations and as an external consultant. Throughout my career the thing I have been most passionate about has been developing managers and colleagues capability, coaching them to build their skills and confidence and driving performance.

Having completed a Level 5 apprenticeship in professional coaching and been through the learning journey and end point assessment myself, I have a good understanding of what is required from learners, the challenges they may experience and support that can be provided to help them succeed, both in gaining their qualification and transferring what they have learnt into their day to day job.
