Skills
I bring a broad skill set across curriculum development, apprenticeship delivery, and quality improvement within education. My strengths include designing structured, engaging programmes aligned to occupational standards, as well as improving existing curriculum to support learner progression and End-Point Assessment success.
I have strong experience in quality assurance, using learner feedback and performance data to drive improvements and ensure programmes meet regulatory and organisational requirements. I’m confident working with employers and stakeholders to ensure learning is relevant, practical, and aligned to workforce needs.
Alongside this, I have hands-on experience in coaching and supporting learners, helping them build confidence, stay engaged, and achieve their goals. I’m also comfortable using digital tools and online platforms to deliver and enhance learning, particularly within apprenticeship and blended learning environments.
Overall, I combine curriculum design, delivery insight, and quality focus to create effective learning experiences that support both learners and organisations.
About
I’m an experienced Curriculum Development Manager with a strong background in apprenticeships, curriculum design, and quality improvement. I’ve worked across Levels 3–5 programmes, designing and improving learning that aligns with occupational standards and supports learners through to End-Point Assessment.
I’ve led on building new programmes, improving existing curriculum, and working closely with employers and stakeholders to make sure learning is practical, relevant, and supports real career progression. Alongside this, I’ve coached learners directly, so I understand what works well in delivery as well as design.
I’m particularly interested in creating engaging, high-quality learning experiences and using digital approaches to improve how programmes are delivered.
I’m currently looking for opportunities in curriculum development, education roles, or apprenticeship provision where I can add value through programme design, quality improvement, and learner support.
