Please find my CV attached. I am an Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training Tier 2 Facilitating Trainer. with a year of delivery experience having trained more than 540 staff across health and social care settings.
Alongside my training work I bring over 20 years of research experience at the Tizard Centre at the University of Kent, where I worked with leading figures in the learning disability and autism field. I also have a background in direct social care support, and have undertaken specialist CPD including Person Centred Active Support Train the Trainer with Dr Julie Beadle-Brown, and Talking Mat Training with Professor Jill Bradshaw.
I am at a point in my career where I am keen to explore new opportunities and expand the reach of my training and delivery. I would welcome the chance to discuss any roles you feel may be a good fit.
