Experienced Early Years and Health Coach with a strong background in mentoring, training, and supporting clients to achieve their potential. Skilled in delivering engaging sessions, assessing progress, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate records. Passionate about supporting apprentices and learners in childcare to build confidence, professional skills, and reflective learning habits. In my previous roles as an Early Years Practitioner and Health/Employment Coach, I delivered structured learning sessions, conducted assessments, and provided personalised guidance to learners and clients with diverse needs. I have experience maintaining accurate records, monitoring progress, and supporting reflective learning, all of which align directly with the responsibilities of this role.
I am passionate about helping apprentices develop the knowledge, skills, and behaviours necessary to succeed in the childcare sector. My ability to adapt training to individual learner needs, build rapport, and provide constructive feedback ensures that learners feel supported and motivated throughout their development.
