Qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer with additional certifications in strength and conditioning, kettlebell training, and youth coaching, with Level 4 Advanced PT training currently in progress. Currently working as a Personal Trainer and Gym Instructor, delivering strength and conditioning, HYROX, and circuit training sessions while building a personal training client base.
