About
I am a transformational Chief Executive–level leader operating at the intersection of education, skills and commercial strategy. Over more than two decades, I have led complex organisations through growth, turnaround and repositioning, building financially resilient, high-performing institutions that deliver measurable impact for learners, employers and communities.
My leadership philosophy is grounded in aligning purpose with performance. I design education and workforce models that respond to economic demand, anticipate policy reform and embed quality at scale. I bring deep expertise in apprenticeships, adult skills, study programmes, SWAP/SBWA, curriculum design and delivery, alongside rigorous regulatory compliance across Ofsted, ESFA and HE/Loan funding frameworks. This combination enables me to align curriculum strategy, funding optimisation and commercial sustainability within highly regulated environments.
As Interim CEO of Skills for Security, I restored organisational credibility, increased revenue by 67% and profits by 160%, and rebuilt employer confidence to 98% satisfaction. As Commercial Director at South Essex College Group, I led the development of a national, scalable Higher Technical Qualification model that removed upfront financial risk, unlocked new markets and positioned the organisation at the forefront of online higher technical education.
Through Reuchlin Ltd, I advise boards and executive teams on strategic growth, apprenticeship expansion, curriculum reform and commercial innovation. I have supported major colleges and national employers in redesigning workforce pipelines, strengthening quality assurance, and future-proofing provision against funding and regulatory change.
I bring strategic clarity, disciplined execution and entrepreneurial courage. My focus is not simply growth, but sustainable growth, ensuring strong governance, financial resilience, regulatory integrity and outstanding learner outcomes sit alongside commercial success.
I am motivated by leading organisations that seek to redefine their sector, expand their impact and build a lasting legacy through bold, values-driven leadership.
I would welcome the opportunity to discuss how I can help strengthen performance, unlock growth and deliver sustainable impact for your organisation.
