I feel that my experience within lecturing and first hand experience within the Early Years Sector would be a great contribution to your childcare lecturer team. I was graded a Level 1 Outstanding Lecturer and had the privilege of representing our childcare department by being chosen by the Childcare department Senior Leadership Team to be the individual observed by Ofsted. The college was graded good in 2021 and our department contributed to this overall outcome.
