About
With over 20 years experience across management, HR, and vocational education, alongside a recently completed MSc in Business Management (HRM), I bring extensive sector knowledge and a strong track record of supporting apprentices to achieve successful outcomes. I have significant experience delivering management and HR apprenticeships at Levels 3 5, including ILM, CMI and CIPD-aligned programmes. Most recently, I worked as an Apprenticeship Tutor delivering HR Support Level 3 and People Professional Level 5 qualifications, supporting learners through teaching, reviews, assessment planning, and EPA readiness while ensuring compliance with awarding body and quality assurance requirements. My background includes over nine years delivering apprenticeships and vocational qualifications within national training providers, alongside earlier senior management and HR roles in hospitality and multi-site operations. This combination allows me to contextualise learning effectively, linking theory to real workplace practice in areas such as leadership, performance management, employee relations, operational planning, and people development. I am an experienced virtual and classroom facilitator, confident using learner management systems such as Aptem, and highly skilled in engaging learners with diverse needs. I hold both assessor and teaching qualifications (A1/CAVA and PTLLS), am an Associate Member of the CIPD, and have extensive experience delivering all Core Skills.
