Skills
My practice is rooted in learner-centred, inclusive approaches that prioritise relevance, reflection and accessibility. Professionally, I have designed segmentation and lifecycle frameworks that place diverse audience needs at the centre of strategy, ensuring campaigns are responsive rather than one-size-fits-all. In leadership and mentoring, I emphasise applied learning through real-world briefs, collaborative problem-solving and reflective practice. Through my voluntary creative work, I have developed inclusive programming that supports underrepresented voices, multilingual expression and cross-cultural participation. I also actively integrate digital tools, data literacy and emerging technologies, including AI, as critical thinking aids rather than replacements for creativity or ethical judgement.
About
bring over 15 years of international marketing experience across education, financial services, loyalty technology and government sectors, combined with senior leadership roles spanning the UK, Middle East, South Asia and North America. My work has focused on translating complex commercial and institutional objectives into clear, student- and audience-centred marketing strategies. Alongside this, I co-founded and lead a voluntary international creative platform, working across performance, storytelling, publishing and community-led cultural production. This blend of professional practice and creative leadership allows me to bridge theory and real-world application, supporting students to understand how marketing strategy, ethics, inclusion and cultural context intersect in contemporary creative industries.
