About

Having worked in further education as a business development manager, I have strong knowledge of the apprenticeship programs, along with identifying other training needs of people. I am able to draw on resources and contacts locally and nationally to help individuals develop and secure jobs to help grow confidence and improve themselves. Having moved to England from Sri Lanka, I have first hand experience in how to integrate and be part of the community build a network contacts and people around me in Cambridgeshire and nationally. I also enjoy helping others in securing employment and building a strong future for them selves.
