I am an experienced End-Point Assessor and Internal Quality Assurer with over 15 years current and continuous experience across Education and Training, including teaching, assessment, internal verification, moderation and national standardisation. I currently work on a freelance basis, delivering independent End-Point Assessments for Teaching Assistant apprenticeship standards, alongside moderation and assessment of Adult Care qualifications and national examining for T Level Health (Adult Nursing pathway). I am fully qualified to Level 4 in Internal Quality Assurance, hold assessing and EPA qualifications, and have GCSE Maths and English. My practice is grounded in fairness, reliability, validity, consistency and impartiality, and I am confident in making robust assessment and grading decisions aligned with IfATE requirements, apprenticeship assessment plans and awarding-organisation expectations. I am seeking freelance EPA and IQA opportunities with TQUK, where I can apply my strong occupational competence, flexible approach and commitment to high-quality assessment services. I am confident working remotely and able to travel independently where required.
