Award-winning Hairdresser with over 20 years of industry experience in high-end salon environments, including 14 years with Nicky Clarke and experience as Advanced Colour Director at Andrew Collinge Manchester. Qualified to NVQ Level 3 with a Wella Master Colour Award and advanced training in corrective and creative colouring techniques. I am now seeking to transition into a Hair & Beauty teaching role, bringing real-world industry knowledge, strong communication skills and a passion for developing future professionals. I have extensive experience training and mentoring junior staff and apprentices and am committed to maintaining high standards of professionalism, safeguarding and student wellbeing.
