I always wanted to work with people. I am passionate about Maths and love sharing my knowledge with others. I encourage learning by using a number of different methods. By incorporating class discussions, open-ended questions, and cooperative learning I am able to facilitate interactive class atmosphere. I make sure that students learn how to apply Maths in real life situations and have good problem solving skills which they will find useful in the future. Being a hard working and open minded person I’m always ready to learn new things.
All my students have known me as a honest, patient and professional person who is able to make positive influence upon others. I have always like being with people and for people.
I am dedicated to my work, have Master’s Degree in Mathematics and many years of experience as a Teacher of Mathematics and I’m sure I can be a good addition to your Maths Department

I am working at a position with work profile and responsibilities of Teacher of Mathematics. I believe I would be a valuable addition to Mathematics Department in your school. I have Masters Degree in Mathematics and I am experienced bilingual Mathematics teacher.
I have:
• attained qualified teacher status (QTS) in England on 29 September 2006.
• completed higher education MSc studies within the field of Mathematics, in the scope of teaching of mathematics and obtained the Master of Education degree in Wroclaw University (Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science), Poland
• passed the nominated teacher’s examination in front of Examining Board appointed by the President of Wroclaw.
• completed Post Graduate Studies in the field of Computer Science with result: very good in Wroclaw University (Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science)
I love my job and always make sure I am in school on time (never been late) and I do not take days off very often (none - this academic year). I am positive person who is able to motivate students. I always have high expectations of my students and support them by organizing lunch time and after school Intervention groups.
I plan, reflect and evaluate own role as a classroom teacher, maintain an overview of the overall academic progress of individual students and groups and advise on these matters, checking of test results, monitor homework, oversee systems to monitor and record achievement, target and monitor under achieving students, check identified underachievers, provide guidance and advice to students and parents on educational matters. I was running after school Yr 9 Maths intervention focusing on a priority groups HAPS and Year 12 resit group after school Intervention sessions. I was running Year 10 Intervention club every Monday after school, Maths Clinic Club every Thursday Lunch time and I am a Maths Careers Leader – I have prepared students for “Maths of Space” competition and 4 for our students have been rewarded, I have prepared lessons for Math department to teach during National Careers Week. I have supported / mentored trainee Maths teacher. I support and prepare students for Polish GCSE exams, mark their mock exam papers and conduct Polish speaking exam. I take part in community support and organize Polish parents evening to make sure they feel part of our school community. I take active part in CPD sessions: Inclusion, Dyslexia, Autism, EAL, Behaviour Management, Gifted and Talented, Differentiation, What makes your lesson good and outstanding? Mathematics conference: “Put Maths back on track” and many more.
