I served as Deputy Head of the Mathematics Panel, where I support curriculum planning, assessment alignment, and departmental development. In this role, I have worked closely with the Head of Department to review schemes of work, analyse student performance data, and implement strategies to improve attainment across ability ranges. I am confident in teaching mixed-ability classes as well as supporting higher-attaining and examination-focused groups. I am a qualified and experienced Mathematics teacher from Hong Kong, seeking a college Mathematics teaching post in the UK.
