Please find enclosed a copy of my Curriculum Vitae to apply for the role of HR Coordinator. I am currently working at Kings trust as an HR Coordinator. I took redundancy from The Royal Bank of Scotland at the end of 2017. As you will see from my CV, I have 20+ years experience working in financial services and have undertaken various roles including HR Administrator. I have built close working relationship with senior management/Stakeholders which I feel will equip me well for a future role as a HR Administrator.Whilst working for Ernst & Young/ IBM /Wesleyan/ The Royal Bank of Scotland & Kings trust I have undertaken broad range of duties, HR, Recruiting, onboarding, sickness, secondments, transfers, projects, leaver process, organizing meetings, Managing Internal & External Recruits, organizing career fairs. Issuing new Contracts, I have supported our International Foreign Cheques and Trade division at the Royal Bank of Scotland. Part of my role now supports Kings Trust HR team. supporting them with HR related queries & compliance management for the Trust. I have also led the annual recruitment review for Associate Partner project for 2024 and have successfully completed this on time with EY. In the fast-paced role, I do manage to complete my duties on time, ensuring I always meet my KPI s. In my previous roles I was involved with the training of our new recruits after hiring, also involved in disciplinary, grievance meetings, recruiting new hires, I have worked closely with our Talent Networking looking out for talented people with the right experiences for the business. I have taken minutes/reports on the interviews. Also, part of my role I complete general administrative activities and am competent using Microsoft applications, Outlook, Word, Excel etc. organizing regular internal and external team meetings, I have collated MI and costing of our internal/External recruits. I have headed the Career s Fairs at Royal Bank of Scotland and spoke to an audience of 60-100 people prompting Royal Bank of Scotland which covers all sectors and talking about our Talent Pool. . I have also headed our Continuous Improvement Team for our business, to change and improve how we do our business and improve Customer Service and reduce Cost. I am interested in this role, as I have exposure for working for a corporate organization with different dynamics. I also enjoy working within Recruitment and have extensive knowledge and would like to utilize and develop my existing skills for an ambitious firm. Given my HR background I believe this role would play to my skills and be something I would thoroughly enjoy. I am loyal, friendly individual with a big personality who has enjoyed working with a wide variety of different people throughout my career.
