About
My PhD in Management from Bayes Business School at City St George s, University of London, was awarded in March 2025. I have extensive research experience, with a focus on organization and management research. During my doctoral studies and now as a postdoc, I have contributed to the development, delivery, and assessment of undergraduate teaching for the BSc Business Management. My research, broadly speaking, focuses on strategic innovations and organizing processes and practices that underpin management of interorganizational strategic adaptations during the innovation process, with a particular emphasis on attention, practical knowledge sharing, innovation network orchestration, and discursive practices.
