My experiences in office school admin role is that I have solid experience supporting school office functions through my background in administration, safeguarding, and working directly with young people. In previous roles I have managed front of house duties, handled enquiries from parents and professionals, maintained accurate records, and supported daily operations in busy, fast paced environments. I m confident with data entry, scheduling, Microsoft Office, and maintaining confidential records all of which transfer directly into school administration. I ve also supported attendance processes, managed diaries, coordinated appointments, and ensured that information is recorded accurately and in line with safeguarding procedures. Because I ve worked closely with 16 18 year olds in youth work and care settings, I communicate effectively with students, remain calm under pressure, and build positive, professional relationships.
