am an experienced and passionate specialist trainer with a strong background in social care, learning and development, and operational leadership. I currently deliver and coordinate mandatory and specialist training across multiple services, including behaviour support, PBS, Active Support, NAPPI, ligature risk and compliance focused programmes, ensuring colleagues are confident, competent and working safely in line with policy and best practice. I play a key role in improving training compliance, supporting managers with risk reduction, and embedding proactive, person centred approaches that improve outcomes for the people we support. My work focuses not only on delivering training, but on coaching, influencing culture, and creating capable environments where staff understand the why behind what they do. Alongside my training role, I bring strong operational experience from previous management positions, where I led teams across multiple locations, managed performance, compliance and rotas, and delivered training to improve standards, safety and customer experience. This gives me a well rounded understanding of both frontline delivery and organisational priorities. I am highly organised, confident working independently across regions, and comfortable liaising with senior leaders, managers and multidisciplinary teams.
