- Implemented innovative use of technology to enhance students engagement by using Google classroom tools and A.I - Introduced sports enrichment lesson comprised of multi-sports activities (arcade basketball, table tennis and table football), designed to suit the diverse needs of students. This resulted in significant increase in participation because the variety appealed to a wider catchment of students. - Implemented creative baking and cooking lessons using of some of Mary Berry s well-known recipes which were recreated by students (scones, sponge cake, chocolate chip cookies) - Recognised by colleagues and line manager for developed meaningful relationships with students across physical, emotional, social, intellectual, and employability domains which resulted in a significant reduction in the amount of time spent on behaviour management during lesson time.
