My HR experience covers performance management, employee engagement, recruitment and selection and the employee lifecycle, absence management, occupational health, employee relations, learning and development, training, internships, graduate and school age work-experience placements, health and safety and a variety of projects.
I work hard to build strong relationships with colleagues and stake holders, and to partner the business at all levels and support employees. I work collaboratively, with emotional intelligence, and am very empathetic and intuitive. I can identify performanc issies and development needs and advise and support managers on a number of issues, to put action plans in place. I have great administrative skills, a flexible "can do" attitude, am adaptable, quick and willing to learn, very approachable and supportive.
Because my HR experience is broad and I can adapt to my environment and I have worked in a variety of industries, I believe that my skills are highly transferable.
