I am an experienced Learning & Development (L&D) manager, who has overseen global training programmes delivered nationally and internationally. I also hold a distinction-graded Masters in Management and Project Management, which complements the nature of a senior L&D manager in my ability to handle multiple workstreams simultaneously, influence stakeholders at all levels and manage teams across borders and time zones. I am looking for a role that is either an equivalent L&D Manager role with additional responsibilities/challenges, or a more senior L&D Manager role, L&D Business Partner role or Head of L&D role. I can also manage change implementation, projects and transformation.
