About

6+yrs Independent End Point Assessor experienced in the delivery of a range of sector end point assessments including business admin, customer service practitioner and specialist, team leader supervisor, public service operational delivery officer and financial sector standards (financial services administrator, financial customer service advisor and senior financial customer service advisor). As an experienced assessor I am able to effectively time-manage completion of end point assessments liaising with key stakeholders including central bookings team, training providers and internal quality assurance teams to provide accurate, reliable and robust assessments with excellent feedback obtained from clients and apprentices regarding their end point assessment experience. Proven track record on green RAG rating with IQA and supported with EQA inspections for a number of EPAOs including Innovate Awarding, NOCN, NCFE & Professional Assessment Limited. I am familiar with the use of a range of EPAO delivery platforms such as EPA Pro and Smart Assess as well as cirrus assessment supporting with the invigilation of online MCQs and have an understanding and awareness of pre-requisite requirements in line with the above stated assessment plans and how to support with reasonable adjustments that have been applied for. Moving forward, I have a focus on continuing remote EPA delivery alongside short-course/ apprenticeship delivery for the business sector skills.
