About
I am very interested in the Early Careers Advisor role you have advertised. I have worked in resourcing for 13 years, with the last 8 years in a Resource Manager role. During this time, I also acted as the ECD Training Project Lead, a responsibility I was particularly passionate about. I greatly enjoyed working closely with the Early Careers Development team and playing an active role in planning and coordinating training schedules for graduates. A key part of my role involved helping graduates understand their training programmes, providing guidance on expectations, progression, and available support, and ensuring they felt confident and engaged throughout their development journey. I am highly motivated by supporting early talent and enabling individuals to reach their potential. My experience in resourcing, combined with my hands-on involvement in early careers training and development, has given me a strong understanding of both operational delivery and the pastoral support graduates need to succeed. I would welcome the opportunity to bring my experience, enthusiasm, and commitment to early careers development to this role.
