I have extensive expertise in leading end-to-end quality functions, preparing organisations for Ofsted inspections, and embedding robust governance, data-led decision making, and continuous improvement frameworks. Currently working as Head of Quality, I provide strategic leadership across apprenticeship and skills provision, overseeing curriculum quality, teaching and learning, safeguarding, SEND, EPA, and staff development. I have significant experience operating at senior leadership level, contributing to organisational strategy, risk management, and performance reporting.
