I have a keen interest in working in learning and development supporting individuals to achieve. I have undertake qualifications at level 3 as assessor and teacher and I am working towards my Level 4 IQA. I have a keen interest in supporting the development of others and supporting in a administrative capacity to enrol and support individuals through their programme offering appropriate advice and guidance. I am confident speaking with people and presenting as part of the role.
About
I have experience in working in the apprenticeship field in both a college and employer-provider setting. I have a good understanding of the apprenticeship provision and have kept up to date with the changes in the field. I am keen to undertake a new challenge to gain further experience in the field. I have good experience in supporting an organisation to undertake apprenticeships gaining support from managers across the Service to support apprentices and currently support apprentices undertaking a range of apprenticeship standards. I have recently achieved my Level 6 Chartered Managers apprenticeship with the University Centre of Quayside which has supported my development in both leadership and management.
