About
I am an educator with teaching and learner-support experience across Further and Higher Education, including adult learning, SEND, and mainstream settings. My background includes academic support, digital learning, curriculum engagement and one-to-one guidance across colleges and university environments. I hold an MA (University of Westminster) and I am currently completing a Level 5 Diploma in Teaching (towards QTLS) and a Doctorate in Education, which continue to develop my research understanding and pedagogic knowledge. I have supported a diverse range of learners, including ESOL, SEND, young adults and mature students, and I use an inclusive, student-centred approach that promotes independence, confidence and progression. Professionally, I have worked as a SEND teacher, learning support practitioner, cover supervisor and academic support professional, contributing to learner development, safeguarding and inclusive education. I am now seeking roles within education, digital skills, teaching, learning development, academic support or creative pedagogies where I can continue to apply inclusive teaching practice, develop curriculum knowledge and support learner achievement across FE or HE environments. My key strengths include communication, academic writing, digital literacy, adaptability and the ability to support students with a wide range of needs and learning profiles.
